1. How much experience does Kesselring have in restoration?Since 1976, Kesselring has grown, project by project, into the unequalled restoration specialist in Southwest Florida. We have encountered every conceivable type of commercial exterior restoration possibility, and offer services that include removal and replacement of concrete (including reinforced), stucco, carpentry, waterproofing and painting of buildings ranging from one floor to tall high-rises.
2. What is the quality of your work?At Kesselring, we value our reputation. We pride ourselves in having a higher quality of workmanship than our competitors, along with a more experienced staff, and more than enough supervision. Every aspect of your job is supervised and discussed regularly to facilitate quality work with little or no setbacks. We want to be known as the construction company with integrity.
3. Will you have enough manpower for my project?This is one of our signature specialties. We employ more skilled workers than our competitors, who prefer to hire sub-contract labor. Our method helps ensure that enough manpower will be available to meet the demands of the project schedule.
4. Will I receive good customer service?From the beginning to the end of the job, your project will be overseen by three or more company employees: a project manager, a supervisor, and the President. Additionally, our sales team is readily available to address your needs.
5. Can you handle all my restoration needs?Kesselring has built its name and reputation on servicing building exteriors. With the acquisition of Kesselring Coastal Construction, we now have the proven ability to service other interior restoration needs.
6. Do you use employees or subcontractors?99% of our crew consists of employees. We staff your project with experienced, skilled labor.
7. What is the time of completion?The timeframe is different for each job. Upon request, you will be given a reasonable time of completion, depending on the restoration needs required. You will be given a clear schedule from the start that can be re-evaluated as needed. Occasionally, the scope of work changes and new evaluations are determined in regards to the time of completion.
8. What products do you use in your work?We only use products that have been tested and proven for the exact application of your project needs. Material data sheets will be issued upon request.
9. Do you warranty your work?Warranties are only as good as the company is solvent. Kesselring has been around since 1976. If the scope of work is such that a warranty can be issued, Kesselring and our product manufacturers’ will issue and fulfill our warranties. Our reputation depends on this statement.
